Route Track 2Xi
Route Track 2Xi is a sophisticated GPS route analysis system that passively gathers data on your routes all day when using Route Manager. Route Track 2Xi provides you with business intelligence on route activities. Unlike real time GPS tracking products, Route Track 2Xi goes beyond simply knowing where your drivers are. Route Track 2Xi’s HyperCrumb™ technology provides comprehensive evaluations of your fleet’s operation after the trucks leave the yard. Reports for excess speed, excessive accelerations and deceleration will help you identify unsafe drivers. Other reports built into Route Track 2Xi are designed to give you detailed information on the activities of each route. Click on the map on the screen and check the time your driver arrived at a stop. See what they sold compared to the time they were at the stop.
The system is fully integrated with your Route Manager system and sales data is integrated to your GPS collected data to give you full picture!

The menu system in Route Track 2Xi is simple and easy to use and it is fully integrated into our new RDM software. It builds upon the technology of Microsoft MapPoint 2011™ to provide a wealth of functionality.
All stops and routes are easily viewed. You can zoom in or out on a map, and view addresses. Zoom in on a Hypercrumb dot to view more detail – time, speed, street name, and more. The data on the screen is synchronized with the dynamic graphs to give you a complete picture of route activities. The convenient control panel on the right allow you to quickly and easily change the data display. The control panel can show you all the stops throughout the day, high speeds, stops per hour, distance per hour, duration per stop, altitude, and direction of travel. It even works like a movie where you can play back (in just a few seconds) where each truck went through the day.
The intuitive Windows interface makes it easy to see and understand more about your route activities than ever before. With a screen like the one shown below, you can virtually ride along with your driver as you see a complete picture of the day’s activities.

In three easy steps you will have a virtual look at your route activities!
- Collect data. Turn on your handheld with integrated GPS, and begin collecting data as you go about your daily activities. The GPS tracking unit will automatically capture all the satellite data including when, where, and how fast you went.
- Transfer the data from the GPS handheld to your desktop computer. If you do not have GPS integrated into your handheld, you can use an exteranl device. This happens seemlessly and automatically during the afternoon process whether you use cards, Wi-Fi, GPRS, etc.
- Data is imported directly into Route Track 2Xi. Review your newly captured data. You can now see a map of the drivers route. Use dynamic graphs showing high speed, stops per hour, distance driven each hour, and more. Replay the entire days activities quickly, click on a Hypercrumb and see what time a truck arrived at a stop. Tell quickly and easily if your driver is deviating from their assigned route. Route Track 2Xi puts powerful information at your finger tips so you can analyze route performance.
