Manage Customer Accounts Better Than Before
Customer management is the back-bone of each business. Route Manager Advanced (RMA) successfully serves the purpose of managing the different aspects of your route delivery customers. It tracks each customer’s location, products installed, date and route of delivery. RMA route accounting software manages customer balance and payment history.
Storing Customer Information
The Customer Information screen is divided into six tabs. Each tab manages a different function of customer’s accounts. The "Info" tab, displayed below, shows the billing information for a particular account. In addition to billing information, you can also assign sales representatives to the account and set up an email address so that statements, invoices and remittance notices can be sent quickly and efficiently.

Keeping Track of Payments and Balances
The Finance tab ($) includes a variety of information, including: account balance, past-due amounts, returned checks, last transaction and payment, and any finance charges that have been applied.

The Invoice Lookup
Under the "Totals" heading you will notice a link that reads Invoice Lookup. This feature automatically stores invoices electronically and eliminates the need for them to be stored in a filing cabinet. Electronic filing greatly simplifies account look-up and maintenance of customer records. If you click on the date of an invoice, an image of the invoice, including the customer’s signature, will be displayed. From this screen, with one click, you can print, fax, or email the selected invoice to the customer!
