New Customer Coordinator
Job Overview/duties
Summary: This position assists new customers as they transition from another software product to our quality products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Be the primary contact for customers who have purchased company products to assure that they are implemented correctly – on time and according to plan
- Plan and direct activities according to company policy and customer requirements.
- Coordinating all activities relating to ‘Go-live!’
- Track progress of:
- Data conversion
- Training
- Hardware
- System configuration
Experience
1–3 years similar project management experience involving multiple projects, tasks and activities.
Education/Experience
- College graduate in Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM.
- Special training in Project Management (i.e. PMI) a plus.
Other skills
Language Skills
Ability to read general business correspondence. Ability to write reports and generate business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers; team members and third party vendors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, multiplication and division. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages to practical solutions.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of customer related issues. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of project management software (Autotask and/or Microsoft Project); word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel). Must be able to type 40 WPM.
Organizational Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to organize multiple tasks simultaneously and track up to 30 concurrent projects. In addition, the candidate should be able to negotiate persuasively to keep projects on track when one or more parties are ‘difficult.’

Job Location/Required Travel
100% in office in Turlock, CA headquarters. No travel is required.
Wage rate/Hours/Classification
Based on experience. Starting range $35 – 60K.
