Receptionist
Job Overview/duties
Summary: This job includes answering phones, processing mail and other light office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Answer phones
- Answer general questions
- Prepare business correspondence
- Mailing of business letters
- Light accounting work: check posting, count inventory, etc.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Experience
1 – 3 years similar experience.
Education
- High School graduate or GED. Prefer one year of college.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM.
Other skills
Language Skills
Ability to read general business correspondence. Ability to write reports and generate business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, multiplication and division. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages to practical solutions.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of customer related issues. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; word processing, spreadsheets. Must be able to type 40 WPM.
Telephone Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of digital phone systems and be able to handle up to 4 simultaneous calls.

Job Location/Required Travel
100% in office in Turlock, CA headquarters. No travel is required.
Wage rate/Hours/Classification
Based on experience. Starting range $10 - $12 per hour.
