EC2000 takes selected customer account information and posts it to your corporate Web site.  The value of this system lies in its ability to provide customers with their current statement, history information, next delivery date and even order product at their convenience.  Not only is this a great way to stay connected with customers, but it will also reduce the amount of inbound telephone calls they place to your office.

Security
Security is important to us and we have taken precautions to ensure that all account information is kept confidential.  As customers log in, they are required to enter their account number and password.  Only the customer will be able to access their own information.  The data placed on the Web is only a copy of the live data, so no one can make changes to the data on the host computer.

Customized
The look and feel of the EC2000 interface can be customized with background and text colors to match any Web site.  A company logo may be added as well.  And if you do not have a Web site, ARS can help you create one. (See “Web Design").

Options and Features Available
You can change many features on your Web site such as messages and screen color.  With this program you can customize your site to include (or exclude) certain information for your customers.

Setting Up their passwords
Within the passcode section you would choose the information you want required to allow your customers to view their information.  If you choose ZIP Code, the customer must use the first five digits of the ZIP Code as a pass code after they enter their account number.  The phone number option has the customer use the last four digits of their phone number as a pass code.  PIN Number enables a customer-designated personal identification number and Social Security Number forces them to use the first five digits of their social security number.

Below is a list of other available options.

Include Statement Notes:  Includes statement notes from Lists, Customer Setup, Statement Codes as part of the current history information.

To complete the process you need to set the FTP Settings so you can quickly and easily update the information directly from RM2000.

To do this select a user name and password for FTP.  Enter in the name of the FTP host and select the path of the CGI-BIN on the local machine.  You also need to designate a data path which locates the data on the local machine.

This is a very easy process that we and your Internet host can assist you with.

There are also additional setting for you to adjust the color, display and more.  You can customize it to fit your business needs and image.
