"I have been a RM2000 customer since 1999, and wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed the E-Commerce module. I have used all modules from Advantage Route to run an efficient bottled water/filtration company. The e-commerce program allowed me to train our customers to use the web site for information. This helps cut dwon on phone calls for- next delivery date, current balance, and last payment. We have had great success in our Pay Your Bills Online feature. Use the e-commerce and a shopping cart program with your website to allow customers to pay their bill online anytime (see our website - www.waterevent.com). It has been a great service. Overall, the e-commerce module has allowed us to communicate with our customers without tying up the phone and I can't wait for you to get the Order Online feature to show the customers default product.
