Each Month you will do a normal month end; however, instead of printing statements you will 'print' them to an electronic file and upload it to Matrix Imaging, a third party service.

Matrix Imaging will then print the statements, stuff them, and mail them to your customers. The best part is that they can do it with in 24 hours of receipt of the data file! Here is the schedule that will determine when your statements will be mailed, which is dependant upon, the day they are submitted, and what time the file is received.
