New RMA Version
Today, we have a new release of RMA for our Series 6 customers. See the fine print below for a list of changes that can help you run your office better.
Best of all, it is free to our AdvantageCare Customers! Download it (build 6.0.3r2) today from the ARS247.com web site and get started with a whole new addition of Route Manager.
Caution, if you are not already on Series 6, do not download or install this version until you are ready to upgrade.

T20120117.0016 – Enh: Improved product list loading on Handheld (Search) – Added new “Misc Items Fast Find” for the handheld. New Option located in Handheld Class > Sales Rules 2 tab. This will search on the fly while the driver is entering the product charge code or description (depending on option selected) to greatly speed up Misc Item entry.

T20120117.0018 – Contact Message Issue – Fixed issue with the Print button located on the Contact Screen in Customer Info not including archived contact messages.
T20111207.0013 – Credit Card Receipts on vaulted accounts – Updated the Credit Card “Receipt” and “update forms” so they do not reference Credit Card # since the new PCI Compliance changes for Vaulting credit cards.
T20111212.0021 – Bug: Inventory Valuation Adjustment – fixed issue where changing data from within the Inventory Valuation Adjustment screen was not being properly updated in some cases.
T20120110.0022 – Legacy Report Generator option issue – Added warning option when this feature is enabled/disabled so that the user is requested to log completely out of RMA for it to take effect.
T20120118.0003 – Error Trap – Branch Setup (offline branch checkbox) – Fixed error trapper.
T20120126.0025 – Bulk Open Item statement w/invoice copies issue – fixed issue where the Bulk statement file wasn’t appending in all previous bulk statements processed once they Open Item Statement with Invoice Copies was ran.
T20120127.0005 – Invoice & Adjustments Browse: Not showing “Deleted” mark – Fixed the Browse window in Invoices & Adjustments so it shows the black box in the far left column to identify a deleted invoice.
T20120127.0021 – Sales Detail report missing delivery name (by stop) – Fixed issue with the Sales Detail report for when sorting by “Stop” would not show the Stop’s delivery name, instead it was showing the customers Billing name (Info tab).
T20120112.0003 – 8×11 w/payment voucher prints multi pages – Fixed issue causing only a product or two to print per page when printing 8×11 Invoice copies with the Payment Voucher feature enabled.
T20120120.0007 – Data: Error rebuilding 2003 history – Added better handling for history rebuild errors (placed in Log file), and fixed issue causing an error.
T20120118.0004 – Prod Batch Codes inventory transfer – Fixed issue when doing a “Transfer” on products with Production Batch Codes.
T20111026.0033 – Error: 1806 – SQL: Column ‘END_DATE’ is not found – Fixed error when sorting the Refund Check Register report by Date.
Increase “Email” address field in cust info to 100 characters – Increased the Customer Info email field to 100 characters.
